Domestic Shipping (India)
Complimentary Shipping for Pre-Paid Orders: We are delighted to offer FREE shipping on all pre-paid orders across India. As we craft each piece with care, it typically takes 10-12 business days for dispatch. Once dispatched, your Kanelle piece should arrive within 3-5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Option: Though our website does not feature a COD option by default, we are happy to accommodate your preference on request only if it is absolutely essential for your order. However, due to unforeseen factors like weather conditions or logistics delays, delivery timelines may vary. However, we will make sure to keep you updated on the status of your order.
