All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi, India.

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our standard shipping takes around 12-14 business days for dispatch. However, we recommend you to refer to the delivery timelines given specifically alongside product information as per each product.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.

Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders. For COD orders, a flat fees of Rs.200 would be charged. Please expect your order to reach the destination within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Kanelle Fragrances are available for Free shipping Pan-India.

International Shipping
Kanelle ships to almost all major countries - India, USA, UK, France, Germany, Singapore, Australia, Qatar, Kuwait and UAE. Shipping is calculated at checkout as per product weight for different zones. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected. Please note Kanelle does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

Please allow 7-10 business days for international shipments.

Kanelle Fragrances are currently not available for worldwide/international shipping.


Before you initiate any exchanges of our products, please take a moment to understand what goes into making them. All our products are handcrafted with a lot of love and care, making each product special and unique. All the products go through a quality check before shipping.

We have made every effort to display the colour and other details of the product as accurately as possible, that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.


  • We reserve the right to refuse the returns of any products.

  • Returns will be accepted if the product received is damaged or not what you ordered for as per the product information mentioned on our website.

  • If you are still unhappy with your product we can offer a one time exchange for a different size or anything else you may choose, provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This exchange is applicable on fresh merchandise only and not on the products purchased on sale/special promotion period. 

  • The returns/exchanges, if applicable, will be provided if the product is returned in its original condition in tact with tags and its original packaging with no damage or stains.

  • If you find anything damaged or ruined in transit on the receipt of the product, please reach out to us at support@kanelle-online.com within 24 hours of receipt with relevant videos and photos.

  •  Returns/Exchanges will not be applicable on Custom/Bespoke orders.

  • SALE products are final sales and are not eligible for return, refunds or exchange.

  • Return/Exchange is not applicable on products sold on promotional offers/discounts.
  • International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return/Exchange shipping methods both ways and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • There is a small fee for any alteration that may be required.

We recommend you to obtain the proof of shipment on return, as we will not accept the responsibility of packages lost/damaged in transit. Once our QC team is satisfied with the returned product, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Henceforth, we will initiate the process of returns/exchange as applicable.


  • Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.
  • Original or return shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Please note the refunds may take up to 10-15 business days.
  • In case of an international order, the refunded amount to be equal or as per current exchange rate - whichever is lower.


If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at support@kanelle-online.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Do mention ‘CANCELLATION’ in the subject and details of your booking order with product name in the mail.

*Please note that the returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations will not be accepted by us on Kanelle products purchased/ordered from other locations such as Retail stores, exhibitions or other websites.

We request you to read the following in order to avoid any possibility of above:

  • Please provide correct delivery address with P.O Box and a valid contact number.
  • The courier agent will only make 3 attempts for delivery after which the product is returned to us and to make another delivery attempt, there will be an additional shipping charge.
  • Sizing issues. Please refer to our size guide for the same before purchasing.
