Top: Printed wrap top with patch pockets. The delicate stitch at the hem & sleeve adds to a little detail. The top is easy to wear with front opening and a tie up belt. 
Trouser: A straight fit printed trouser. Is easy to wear with full elasticated waist. The cross pockets on the sides adds to the detail.

Due to the nature of the print, the placement of the print will vary in every piece.

Wash Care: Soft hand wash or mild machine wash
Iron Care: Steam Iron/Flat iron on low heat

But the way we wash and care for our garments is just as important. No two fibres are the same, and each requires its own method of washing and storing.

All our products are colour tested and we mention specifications of wash care for each product. Pls read the instructions of washing carefully on the product page along with the tags mentioned on the garment that say dry clean only.

When your bespoke piece is ready and dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number to monitor the journey of your order via our trusted shipping partners.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Complimentary Shipping for Pre-Paid Orders: We are delighted to offer FREE shipping on all pre-paid orders across India. As we craft each piece with care, it typically takes 10-12 business days for dispatch. Once dispatched, your Kanelle piece should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Option: Though our website does not feature a COD option by default, we are happy to accommodate your preference on request only if it is absolutely essential for your order. International Shipping (Worldwide)

Shipping Cost Included in Product Price: For our international customers, we’ve made it simple—shipping is already included in the price of your chosen piece, so there are no unexpected fees upon delivery. The price you see is all you pay.

Tailored Delivery Solutions: We partner with India's top logistics companies to ensure your orders are delivered with care. If your location is outside their coverage, we will personally get in touch to arrange alternative delivery options, ensuring your Kanelle piece reaches you safely.

Global Dispatch & Delivery Timelines: Your order takes approximately 12-14 business days for dispatch. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-6 business days. However, due to unforeseen factors like weather conditions or logistics delays, delivery timelines may vary. However, we will make sure to keep you updated on the status of your order.

Customs & Import Responsibilities: We aim to make the international shipping process seamless; however, Kanelle cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs or other governmental procedures in your destination country.
